修复 nova-scheduler 在 RBD 和 UUID 未找到问题

在 DevStack 上使用 Ceph 时，我注意到多次重建后，nova-scheduler 出现以下错误

Secret not found: rbd no secret matches uuid '3092b632-4e9f-40ca-9430-bbf60cefae36'

实际上，这个错误是由 libvirt 本身报告的，它不知何故将密钥保存在内存中（我认为），即使应用了新的 virsh 密钥。到目前为止，我找到的唯一解决方案是重启 libvirt
